GiaCare was founded more than 20 years ago as a provider of best-in-class IT solutions for healthcare organizations. We worked closely with our valued clients for several years and developed a thorough understanding of the unique operational structure of the healthcare sector.

It didn’t take long for us to recognize the link between technology and staffing, as well as the significant need for faster and more reliable staffing services and relocation capabilities. We pivoted our services to bridge the gap and began connecting our clients with qualified talent in 2010.

Through our partnerships, we continued to learn about the unique staffing needs of the healthcare industry, from tailored recruiting and expedited credentialing to ongoing risk and employee management. Today, we’re a proud leader in healthcare staffing and an active participant in the procurement of government service contracts. Our seamless support equips our partners with the dependable human capital to achieve and surpass their objectives.

Achievements

In December 2010, GiaCare was awarded an 8A certification by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a women-owned business. As of 2021, we have successfully graduated from the 8A program.

One of our proudest achievements to date is the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval, which signifies our dedication to excellence and the impact that commitment has on our valued teams, partners, and patients. The accreditation process includes rigorous, random on-site evaluation and the maintenance of quality benchmarks and patient outcomes. This assures our patients and partners that they can expect the highest standards of patient care and safety on our end.

GiaCare puts an emphasis on providing our customers with Quality services. As a further commitment to our quality mission, GiaCare’s Quality Management System has been certified as an ISO 9001:2015 compliant.

ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard that was developed by the International Organization for Standardization, which is an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations from many countries. The ISO 9001 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process-based approach.

Undergoing this certification required us to scrutinize our business at every level. With this certification, we assure that our customers are receiving superior customer service and the highest quality products.

In 2019, GiaMed JV was awarded one of the largest nursing services contracts in the nation to provide over 300 Registered Nurses to the US ARMY/San Antonio Military Health System
