Eligibility Criteria for Referred Healthcare Professionals
Notification of Referral to GiaCare
To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must formally notify GiaCare that you are referring a candidate. You can inform us by sending us an email to [email protected] or by calling our recruitment team at 954-651-9022 and choosing option (1). You can also ask the referred candidate to identify you on their application, but you would be risking your referral bonus if they fail to do so. The best way to notify us of your referral is to fill out the Referral Bonus Program Form below.
90 Day Probationary Period
The candidate you refer must complete 90 days of employment to qualify you for the Referral Bonus Program. All referral bonuses are paid out on the pay cycle following the referred candidates’ 90th day of work.
